Terms of Use

1. Purpose

This platform is a free directory of veterans' football teams in Portugal, with a map, team pages and coordinator contacts. By using the platform you accept these terms. The team management app (app.veteranos.pt) is a separate service, with a paid subscription, and has its own conditions, published at app.veteranos.pt/termos.

2. Platform operator

The development and operation of the platform are the responsibility of BlueWavePixel (bluewavepixel.pt). BlueWavePixel ensures the technical operation of the service but is not the source of the teams' data.

3. Coordinator account

Access to each team's management area is done via an authentication link sent to the coordinator's email. The coordinator is responsible for keeping access to their email and for all activity performed from their account.

4. Responsibility for the data

Each team is solely responsible for the data it enters in its page (name, location, contacts, photographs, logo and other information), for its accuracy and updating and for having authorization to publish it. BlueWavePixel does not validate or guarantee the accuracy of that data.

5. Acceptable use

It is not permitted to enter false or third-party data without authorization, to use the platform for unlawful or spam purposes, or to attempt to compromise its security. Teams that do not respect these rules may be removed.

6. Intellectual property

Team logos, photographs and trademarks belong to the respective teams, which authorize their display on the platform. The platform software and design belong to BlueWavePixel.

7. Limitation of liability

The platform is provided “as is”, without any guarantee of permanent availability. BlueWavePixel is not responsible for the data published by the teams nor for damages arising from the use of the platform or from any service interruptions.

8. Data protection

The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.

9. Changes

These terms may be updated whenever necessary. The version in force is the one published on this page.

10. Governing law
